One of the gas turbine power plants was put into operation under the cooperation between Ukrvazhmash LLC and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Difficult economic situation emerged in Ukraine, fully hurt international tourism as well as internal one. Nevertheless, most of our co-citizens do not want to withhold the pleasure to have a vacation adequately and, according to their previous years’ experience, try to find a compromise, which let them fully feel comfort with low budget.

With the goal to enlarge the opportunities for the search of potential consumers of Ukrainian machine building enterprises products abroad, and further growing of above mentioned products export volumes, Limited Liability Company “Ukrvazhmash” has concluded the agreement with Egyptian company "Tri International Group" on February, 12, 2010.

According to the averaged assessments of the tourist market players, despite the putting into operation additional 50 pairs of trains to the internal touristic lines this season, Carpathians pensions and resorts have lost 5-15 % of their clients, and Crimean sanatoriums – up to 20 %, comparing with similar period of the end of the year 2008 – the beginning of the year 2009.

Closer to the New Year holidays, because of the euphoria, linked with the “swine” flu, and because of bad weather approximately 5% of clients (first of all, those of them, who have booked the rooms in the hotels directly and have partially paid accommodation) changed their plans and preferred to have rest at home.

The three-storyed wooden cottage for rest from 14 to 20 persons simultaneously, that is situated in  a picturesque corner of Bukovyna - the Tourist complex "Migovo". Around the complex there are coniferous and mixed woods which are rich in mushrooms and berries in the autumn and in picturesque views that intercept breath in the winter. Air is sated by a curative smell of needles and grasses, mountains attract by power and mystery.

In the winter "Migovo" is one of the best mounting skiing resorts of Ukraine thanks to natural conditions of relief and weather. The winter season here lasts from the middle of December to the middle of April.

The “NORIS” Group has concluded the contract with Unitary enterprise "Transgaztexnikbutlash" (the Republic of Uzbekistan) on the steel pipes supplying. The contract on the supplying of two power plant sets with the capacity of 2x2,5 MWt has been already signed earlier between both enterprises.

The companies “Noris-Yug” (which is the part of “Noris” Group) and “Holland Yachts” started joint project.

The aim of the project is creation on “Noris-Yug”  basis an agent of leading Dutch shipyards for rendering services of yacht buying (professional consultation, true information directly from the shipyard) and maintaning of case management post yacht acquisition.

Taking into account successful experience of “Sianna” SE in Sevastopol, Board of directors of “Noris” Group took the decision to widen company profile in this city.

Now, except provision the services of exploitation and lease of sailing and motor yachts, “Sianna” SE, as general contractor, will realize the Automobile Dealership building and maintenance service of the cars of American production project.

In addition to that, there will be opened the agency specializes on rending touristic services to the Crimea citizen.

The beginning of working activity of this complex is planned to be in the first half of the year 2009.

On a business trip to Tadzhikistan General director of "Ukrvazhmash" Ltd. Eygeniy Kozik signed the partnership memorandum with Energy and Industry Ministry of Tajikistan.

This memorandum is the beginning of partnership in realization of engineering development projects on the territory of Tajikistan.

The document covers such priority projects as:

• small and medium hydroelectric power station construction
 
• construction of new and reconstruction of the existing thermoelectric power stations on the bases of solid fuel usage

• cement factory building

Jointly with Tajikistan Republic management of "Ukrvazhmash" Ltd. plans to create joint venture in the following directions:

• associated parts and optional equipment for minihydro power stations production
• production and fitting-up of ferroconcrete and metal pole of power lines of 35-500 kv

Administration and labour collective of “Noris” Group signed Labour contract for the year 2008. It is foreseen in the document that administration and labour collective have mutual obligations in production schedules implementation, labor security and discipline upgrade, and also social stable package of social protection for “Noris” Group labour collective.

Labour contract covers one-off material assistance extension to the vacation in the amount of 1000 UAH; employee insurance provision; thirteenth salary payment based on the financial results of the year; payment for jubilee, delivery of a child, wedding; extra days of provision, etc.

“Noris” Group delegation headed by First vice-president Anton Kucher made working trip to Azerbaijan. The result of this trip was the conclusion of the agreement concerning the cooperation in machine-building area.

“Ukrvazhmash” Ltd. which is the part of “Noris” Group made an agreement with the company «Sun Group» (Azerbaijanian) concerning the delivery of gas condensate storage vessel (volume 20 thou. cubic meters). 

The parties noted that this long-term agreement guarantees stable raw material supply to one of the biggest enterprises of Azerbaijanian and also will be promotive of long-term plans realization of the company “Ukrvazhmash” Ltd.

By Board of directors of “Noris” Group it was taken the decision to build a new office block in the central part of Kyiv, floor area of which makes up to 4 thou. sq. meters.

New office block is planning to be equipped by high technology equipment (ventilation, conditioning, telephone penetration, video observation systems)
 
In this office block there would be office rooms, conversation rooms, coffee-room for the members of “Noris” Group, mini- hotel for detailed staff, and  garden room

Building works should be accomplished till December 2009.
