New touristic complex of European level is progressing intensively during three years period in Mygovo village, Starozhinetskiy Dis., Tchernovetskaya Reg. The present complex includes up-to-date  hotel, 5 cottage type hotels, administration building with Alpine skiing equipment hire service, 2 cable - draft elevators of 1100 m. and 600 m. length, illuminated snow covered route of 1200 m. length, icerink with artificial ice and entertainment complex with sauna bath, swimming pool, billiards, restaurant of “Getman Fortetsya” system.

In agreement with the offer of the founders of the present project, Board of directors of “Noris” Group came to a decision to take part in this touristic complex development.
 
As of today building of 2 cottage type hotels, Alpine skiing route of 1350 m. length and SPА-center is conducted.

General meeting of “Noris” Group stuff members took place on the 1st of February 2008 where activity of Board of directors for the period of the year 2007 was approved. The reports (for the financing and operating activities of the enterprises which are the part of “Noris” Group) of the directors of the enterprises were presented during this meeting. Development concept of “Noris” Group for the period of the years 2008-2010 was also recited.

On this meeting there was concluded to create Trade Union Organization (TUO). The aim of TUO is labor-management and socioeconomic relations between administration and employees on basis of alternate accommodation of interests of the parties.
