Given this fact, the Department of investment planning and strategic development, which consists of three subdivisions (the division of investment projects, analytical division and division of advertising and promotion), plays a leading role in the organizational structure of the Group.

The investment project division is in charge of the workout of investment projects, analysis of perspective effect from their accomplishment with the future support of their implementation. The tasks solved by the division are of utmost importance for the development of the Group as a whole. The investment project in case of its successful implementation is viewed as a potential top business of “Noris” Group.

The analytical division deals with the procession of analytical data which influences the development of the Group.

The division of advertising and promotion is first and foremost about the workout of advertising and PR campaigns, monitoring the efficiency of their implementation.

Above that, the Department of investment planning and strategic development supervises the work of “Kleo-Nova” Company.
