 Prerequisite for successful conduct of business in industrial sector of economy is increasing export volumes of heavy machine-building enterprises.
During the year the production to the sum of 30.41 milliard UAH has been manufactured by heavy machine-building enterprises. Production growth ratio equals to 30 percent per year. Machine-building production share to the whole volume of machine production equals to 12.9 percent.
At present wear problem of power generating facilities is equal to 50 percent, that is why domestic and foreign machine-building enterprises will be attracted to the reconstruction and construction of power objects.

In this connection for the next five years the following is foreseen:
• Repair and modernization of  3,7 GW thermal power station facilities;
• Reconstruction of 46 turbines of the Dniper cascade hydroelectric power station;
• Building of the Tashlytskaya and Dnisrovskaya hydroelectric pumped storage power plants.

Within the next 10 years further development of nuclear-power engineering and fulfillment of large-scale reconstruction of thermal power station and hydroelectric power station in Ukraine as well as in CIS and far-abroad countries are foreseen.
Moreover, gas-transport system of Ukraine is highly perspective numbering:
• 73 compressor stations,
• 703 gas-transfer units at general capacity 5,4 thousand MW,
• 1607 gas-distributing stations.
For a complete reconstruction of all compressor stations there has been provided 3.6 milliard USD.

One of the leading areas of activities is oil-transport system of Ukraine, which consists of 19 main oil pipelines 4766,1 kilometers in total length.

Reliability control of oil-transport system needs financial expenses to the sum of about 800  million USD.

These areas of activities as well as machine-building for metallurgy industry, mining engineering, transport machine-building, road construction mechanical engineering, chemical engineering are the basic areas of activities in the scope of machine-building of  “Ukrvazhmash” Ltd. and SC “Stankovazhmash”.

A particular feature of enterprises activities is the solution of the following tasks:
- modernization and building of turn-key industrial projects abroad;
- promotion of Ukrainian output and assertion of Ukrainian producers’ interests in external market, where the building and modernization of power industry projects are being held;
- integration of enterprises of different fields in a single system, offering complex projects in the market.

The major aspects of the enterprises activities are:
  - raise of competitive capacity of Ukrainian business offers in foreign markets by means of price conditions optimization and flexible use of total potential of Ukrainian manufacturers depending on foreign market opportunities;
- differentiation of actual export products and services, stimulation of the development of its new perspective directions;
- creation of favourable conditions for participation of Ukrainian enterprises in international tenders and reduction of expenses for participation in them;
- the use of comprehensive approach advantages for the organization of science-intensive and highly technological production export, complex technical works and services of Ukrainian key economic branches;
- renewal and development of cooperative contacts between the enterprises;
- assistance to formation of positive image of Ukraine abroad as of a developed industrial country, reliable and conscientious partner in large-scale and crucial international projects;
- promotional support first of all of Ukrainian production and services during realization of international projects.

 In order to accomplish the tasks incumbent on “Ukrvazhmash” Ltd., the company has become an official dealer of SE “Elektrotyazhmash” plant (Kharkiv), OJSC “Chimmash” (Korosten), SC “Yuzhtransenergo” (Zaporizhzhia) and is guided by potential production of the heavy-duty production enterprises.

 “Ukrvazhmash” Ltd. has realized the projects for procurement of transport equipment to Russia, pipe production to Uzbekistan; projects in progress – construction on turn-key basis of gas-turbine power plant at capacity 2x2,5 MW and 4x45 MW to Uzbekistan and Pakistan, hydroelectric power station at capacity 5 MW and 100 MW to the Republic of Tajikistan, gas-turbine power plants 3x20 MW and 3x3 MW to Thailand, hydroelectric power station at capacity 110 MW to India, procurement of 100 000 gas-meters to Pakistan, realization of mining production on the territory of Brazil and Uruguay, and others.

 At present SC “Stankovazhmash” is working over the projects for procurement of  machine-tools to Belorussia, India and Pakistan.

 Realization of the tasks incumbent on “Ukrvazhmash” Ltd. and SC “Stankovazhmash” enables annual goods turnover of the machine-building area of “Noris” Group to reach 100 million USD and to provide about forty domestic enterprises with orders in the immediate future.
